Locally Owned. Personally Invested.

Eastwood Construction is a locally owned custom home builder based in San Clemente, led by Shane Eastwood. We build custom homes from the ground up, take existing homes down to the studs and build them back as new, and build ADUs across coastal Orange County. We work with a small number of clients at a time. Most projects start with a year or more of architecture, structural engineering and city approvals before construction begins, and we stay involved through all of it.
